Yeh !! i just installed this on my PC desktop background and its amazing , and its doesn’t mean you cant do this on your laptop or notebook, you sure can.
Animate your Desktop background with RSS or Bing wallpapers
All it takes is just a few tweaks and you are set , I have windows 7 installed and it works for me , hopefully will work for other versions as well let me know
How to get auto changing wallpapers Desktop background or animate your desktop background with rss wallpapers feed ?
Go to this url

1.Download the file generic.theme from the above link
This is you theme file you will modify to make it show “bing live wallpapers” and you will never have to get a new wallpaper , it auto changes the desktop background with new wallpapers
2. Save this file to your desktop , open it with notepad ( which is in directory windows/system32 if you can t find it)
How the downloaded file will look in notepad
3. Change the display name( right on top of this file ) to Bing Photographers or Daily photos and at the bottom of that file replace your feed url with http://themeserver.microsoft.com/default.aspx?p=Bing&c=Desktop&m=en-US
Close and save the file , then double click the file to get it loaded onto the system. A window will appear asking fi you want to subscribe to RSS feed , click download attachments. The photos in the bing RSS feed will then start downloading to your computer . It might take a minute or so for the images to start showing depending on your internet speed.
You can do further customizations like picture position and interval between images etc through background properties.

If you don like bing photos then you can replace that url given earlier with one of these urls instead
