How to get traffic to your blog accidentally

I was gob smacked, when i checked my blog traffic a couple of days ago. Apparently someone made a comment about cars on this blog and suddenly the rush of traffic started heading to my blog towards this page that details fake Chinese cars replicated of word class cars.

I had to investigate where this traffic is coming from, i went to the blog .

I saw the title of the page

"Hello, I’m definitely not calling from India. Can I take control of your PC? ( here)

and went WTF !! this page doesn’t seem relevant at all to cars or anything related

So i right clicked and viewed page source and there it was

Someone called Jgoat made a comment

I had a look at the blog and didn’t think that this could be a high traffic blog , but if one small little irrelevant comment could bring in such massive traffic to a website , i wonder how much traffic this website actually gets? (surely would be heaps)
