what i really like bout the WD live box is  that the box is not broken it plays beautifully .Yet the  guys at the company are continuously evolving  patching the box with regular;ar  updates keeping up with all the current formats for video and music.Keep up the good work

Aussie Expired Domain sale Sets record $125,000 sale price

Updated on  03/12/2015. An expired Australian domain( investmentproperty.com.au ) that went on to the auction market at netfleet.com.au  went on to reach a record breaking price  at$125,000. Normal  Australian domain prices range anywhere from $12 AUD to $20 AUD from a domain seller.

Amazingly, this domain was allowed to expire by the previous registrar and so the new buyer snapped up this bargain. in 2013 Only , the domain names – sydney.com.au, melbourne.com.au, brisbane.com.au, adelaide.com.au and auction.com.au – were touted for sale with a projected retail price somewhere in the order of $1 million as a total package.

The demise of the affiliate marketer

Affiliate marketing has just been demoted so to speak or has got the wrong end of the regulators stick. New laws and regulations ( or comply with FTC guidelines) have just been put into place to make it more difficult for less honest affiliate marketers to “make money” by false claims and videos.

Many affiliate marketers who have flourished  and earned $$$$$$ making videos with dodgy claims  will be no more be able to do this. As with every unfortunate new regulation many honest affiliate marketers will also get hurt  and earnings affected 

A few things that are not Allowed with Some Online affilaite marketing agencies :

Vendors must submit a script prior to shooting the video. Videos will not be accepted without a script pre-review.

  • Videos that portray or reference a fictionalized individual or life story, where a vendor makes false claims as part of the product pitch.
  • Videos that portray or reference the vendor him or herself, where the vendor makes false claims about his earnings and experience as part of the product pitch.
  • Videos which will not allow you to exit or pause. Expert endorsements without substantiation (for example, an endorsement from a doctor must have proof that the doctor has performed tests or evaluations performed by an actual doctor that has mastered the subject matter being described in the pitch).

Qantas problems in Perth to London flight

31 july 2011 – Just got told by my sister today  that  Qantas had another incident midflight from the Singapore to London sector on the airbus 380flight from Australia( Perth) to London flight.  She said that  the flight became 2 hours late  and midway between Singapore and London  the flight suddenly started swaying sideways  and up and down  and then suddenly started descending downwards rapidly.

It was all very sudden and so  passengers were not informed  of what was happening immediately but later  got told it was turbulence. Passengers went nto panic mode.  she said she finally reached London safely but it was a very scary incident  and she was unlikely to travel Qantas again. check my article posted here on australian biz times
