How would I use this if I can’t log in to my computer? I assume you mean that if you use another computer and load the software to a USB stick and then try using that. I have tried that with another software, but my computer doesn’t recognize the USB stick. Maybe I need to change BIOS to accept the USB stick?
If you used the software from my website, you will need to follow instructions as given by them .They send you the instructions . from my memory when you insert the created Boot Reset USB ( which you had made on another computer) and then restart your computer .. you press certain buttons while computer is starting ( read instructions) and then usb loads and THEN YOU CAN RESET THE PASSWORD

Please, I forgot the password to my windows server 2012 and I have gotten an unlocker but after booting from cd and selecting the partition, the response I get is “The system is hibernated! Safest is to boot into Windows and shut down properly! ”

Not sure if you are still replying but I am hoping you do.
Recently I brought a Dell X210000AU Inspiron Tower and when I set it up there were no passwords set up on it.
Packed it in storage for about 5 months and about a month ago I needed to get it out to access schoolwork on it.
Find out that it suddenly has a password placed on it.
I am 100% sure I didn’t put a password as it was brand new and I just loaded my children’s school work and packed it back up to place in storage with the rest of our household items ( we were in the middle of moving ). How the hell do I fix this. I am happy to buy your product as I do not wish to reset this to factory settings.
School work cannot be replaced.

How ever if it is a windows password problem then you can surely use the software i link to from my blog post . its a third party software – but does the job as i said.

Didn’t know this would work ..after downloading one free tool which then told me I need a key to unlock it .. and I have to pay for the key to complete the unlocking process. It was a big hassle .This one was great
